to-Infinitiv. 

• Bei bestimmten Verben in folgender Satzstruktur: V+ Objek+ to-infinitive.  
  • My parents asked me to help them.
• mit questionwords:
  • what:I don‘t know what to do.
  • where: Paul doesn‘t know where to go
  • whom: Lennart doesn‘t know whom to ask
  • how: Jenny asked me how to help
  • when: Clara told you when to come
• um relative clauses zu ersetzen
  • Susan was the first who congratulated me. -> Susan was the first to congratulate me.
